What to expect
Every shoot starts with a plan: the shots you need, the airspace we’re in, the weather window, and how we’ll keep people and property clear of the aircraft. On site, that means less time waiting and more usable footage.
We’ll ask what the imagery is for before we fly. A listing photo, a social clip, and a documentation still are shot differently, and knowing the end use lets us get it right the first time.
Formats and delivery
Stills are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs by default, with RAW available. Video is delivered in 4K as individual clips or an edited cut. Turnaround for most photo and video work is a few days, faster when you tell us there’s a deadline.

All prices are starting rates. Every project receives a customized, upfront flat-rate quote based on property size, complexity, location, and agreed deliverables. No hourly billing or unexpected flight-time charges. Reasonable additional collections needed to meet the original agreed scope are included when safely and legally feasible. Changes to scope are quoted and approved in advance.
